Simply Crumble under running water for a bubbly bath, to create more bubbles agitate the water
If you don't want to clean out the lavender buds from your tub, then crumble the bar into a muslin bag and place under running tap.
Using a strainer will give the best results, crumble into strainer and hold the strainer under hot water till bubble bar is dissolved.
